Main Line Haven was created because we believe that real estate, construction and interior design belong together. These combined services are the biggest elements that come into play when trying to create a home you love. You may find yourself starting out and needing to find a home (real estate). You may find yourself wanting your home to function at its best (construction). And you may find yourself wanting to embark on a creative journey to create a home that reflects your style and personality (interior design). At Main Line Haven and through our affiliate partners we offer all these services, managed by the best in the business, all in one place.
Through word of mouth, the sharing of Facebook pictures, the forwarding of blog posts and the meeting up at social events, our exceptional community is growing. We are grateful to you for being part of this exciting group! The more we grow, the richer our conversations can be and the deeper our collective knowledge develops. We are stronger the more we share and the more we turn towards our local community for guidance on all things home. As more new members come into our midst, we’d like to take a moment to tell you why Main Line Haven is different and explain our services.

Even though we offer services in construction and design, let’s first discuss real estate with Main Line Haven. Haven Duddy, founder, has an extensive background in real estate. Having been in the real estate industry for many years, she and the members of our team, knew the industry’s strengths and, even more so, the industry’s weaknesses. What we noticed lacking were companies going above and beyond to make the process as thorough, customized and, for lack of a better word, exciting. This is often the biggest purchase of a person’s life and clients should walk away from a home sale or purchase being extremely satisfied. We’ve set out as a combined team of experts to not only make the process easier but to also increase the overall value of what you can expect when looking for guidance on “all things home”.

Our team at Main Line Haven, supported under the fabulous foundation of Keller Williams, is comprised of all the different professionals you need when selling your home. We have marketing specialist, editors, construction consultants, sales and operations administrators, interior decorators/designers and brilliant photographers all working together seamlessly towards a shared vision. We also leverage construction and design to help our clients achieve their goals. Our clients have a team of collaborators working on their behalf who have been in this industry, know the area, and know what can be done to add the most value throughout their real estate transaction.

Above is an exterior renovation project that we completed for a design client in Wayne. Their Wayne home was beautiful to start with, but we helped make it reflect their style. We often help our real estate clients well in advance of the sale of a property. If you’re going to paint your home, why not create a design to maximize your return. At the end of the day, we care. Many companies say this and it conjures eye-rolls. We really do. And it really isn’t just about money (more eye-rolls? We get it). A real estate client at her new home in Devon and our interior designer, Marie Starck. For this client, Marie created room designs and layouts for the family room, dining room and living room. Marie sourced new pieces of furniture and decor while finding ways to incorporate existing furniture. We know that most buyers are going to want to make some changes to their new home, so when you work with Main Line Haven, we’ll help you make your new home feel like the home you’ve always wanted.
We Inspire
Hundreds of you have helped us build a community along the Main Line and beyond! Our community, online and through events, is not only comprised of all of you, but also of home professionals who are available to provide resources and input on all things home. I’ve asked interior designers and other home professionals to join our group and to give advice and comment when asked. Someone recently told us that they can’t believe interior designers give out free advice in our group. Don’t be surprised, it’s just another way that we are different! We’ve built our group, our business and our relationships on the belief that the more you give, the more you receive. We constantly seek relationships with home professionals who we believe can help you with all things home. Our community is full of talented home professionals, interior designers, architects and contractors and more. Together we hope to provide inspiration and resources to our Main Line community and we are here if you need us.
Our Facebook group is buzzing with conversation. “Ideas? Does anyone know a go-to person for lamps of this kind? What do people think of this shade of color for the curtains? Do I need an architect for this project?” Within minutes there are contributions to the post with ideas, references, even contact details of where to go and who to talk to. A sounding board right at your fingertips! Please don’t be shy either. The more we share and ask questions, the better the group becomes.

And we are just getting started! Main Line Haven is less than 12 months old and our goal to help people create a home that they love pushes us daily to go further in all aspects of our business.
