There were 32 single family homes that sold in Tredyffrin-Easttown (“TE”) Township in February 2017. The final selling prices of these single family homes ranged from $158,000 to $899,000. This month we saw an increase in inventory of homes for sale over January, which you can see on our Tredyffrin-EasttownTownship monthly market data sheet.
Worth noting is that 14 out of the 32 homes that sold in February in TE Township were priced under $350,000 and five of the properties that sold were under $200,000. Even though TE does have expensive homes for sale, there are properties available for sale within all budgets.

Below is the list of all 32 homes that sold within TE Township in February 2017 from least expensive to most expensive. All of these properties were listed and sold by various real estate companies along the Main Line.
