Born in Philadelphia and raised on the Main Line, Collin brings more than 20 years of experience in construction and real estate development to the Main Line Haven team. Over the course of his career, he has personally managed nearly $750 million in construction projects, including custom homes, multi-family units, and commercial properties. In 2018, Collin and his wife Colleen were profiled in The Philadelphia Inquirer after completing a stunning, three-story renovation and addition to their historic Arts and Crafts-style home in downtown Wayne. The project was noteworthy not only for its beautiful finishes and remarkable transformation but also for the couple’s hands-on involvement, with Collin serving as general contractor and Colleen handling design and layout. That process inspired Collin to launch Poplar Construction & Design, a boutique-sized firm with large-scale experience, specializing in custom single-family homes and high-end renovations along the Main Line. He also owns Poplar Property Group, which focuses on residential investments, including land development, subdivisions, new construction, fix & flips, and rental properties. Leading both companies has given him added expertise in permitting, building codes, zoning regulations, blueprints, and area utility infrastructures, which he uses to advise real estate clients considering renovations or new construction.

Collin and his wife Colleen, who handles staging for the Main Line Haven team, live in Wayne with their two daughters, Aislyn and Adelyn, and their Sheepadoodle puppy, Ollie. They enjoy taking frequent trips to their seaside vacation home on Anna Maria Island, Florida.
