The past two years have been a whirlwind for the real estate industry, and my team is no exception! Those who follow me on social media know that I added two fantastic agents to my team, and I could not be more proud to introduce them to you here, on the blog. Though we each bring different backgrounds and skill sets to the table, we share a deep passion for all things home. Nothing brings us more joy than helping buyers and sellers of all lifestyles and budgets find their own personal haven.
Earlier this month, our trio was formally recognized as part of the top 1% of all BHHS agents nationwide at a special ceremony. Considering that one out of every three real estate transactions on the Main Line involves a BHHS agent, this is an incredible honor, and I’m so proud of my team’s continued commitment and hard work. MEET LEAH:
A native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Leah Raup moved to the Main Line in 2001 to attend Villanova Law School. She later worked as a real estate attorney at a large international law firm, where she advised clients on complex residential and commercial real estate transactions. At Main Line Haven, she combines her legal background and love of all things home and design to expertly guide clients through their home search, sale and purchase.
She her husband Nick live in Wayne with their three children and squeeze in as much time possible at their vacation home in Ocean City, New Jersey. A true southerner, Leah loves front porches (the bigger, the better!), iced tea and homemade biscuits.
MEET COLLIN:
Born in Philadelphia and raised on the Main Line, Collin Whelan brings more than 20 years of experience in construction and real estate development to the Main Line Haven team. Over the course of his career, he has personally managed nearly $750 million in construction projects, including custom homes, multi-family units and commercial properties. He also owns Poplar Construction & Design, which specializes in custom single-family homes and high-end renovations, and Poplar Property Group, which focuses on residential investments. Leading both companies has given him added expertise in permitting, building codes, zoning regulations, blueprints, and area utility infrastructures, which he uses to advise real estate clients considering renovations or new construction.
Collin and his wife Colleen, who provides staging and design services for Main Line Haven clients, live in Wayne with their two daughters and Sheepadoodle puppy.
