Design your home with Marie Stark, our on staff interior decorator and home stager.

Marie can work with you to select a color scheme, a style and a layout for your rooms. Marie will assist you with wall coverings, window treatments, carpets and upholstery, creating room designs and much more. Marie has a natural creative talent for decorating interior spaces and our clients love working with her. Her love for interior design began over 20 years ago when she moved into her first apartment. She realized that she had a natural talent and began the journey of renovating her own homes as well helping her friends and family. Marie’s design esthetic is classic and her and Haven have similar styles. Marie was a perfect fit for clients who wanted Haven to help them with the interiors of their home. Marie is also available for home staging. Marie shares a similar design style to me which is another reason why I love referring her to my friends and family. We charge $100 per hour for this service.

All of our real estate clients receive four hours of complimentary design services with Marie. Our buyers receive four complimentary hours with Marie. She often helps them choose paint colors or creates room designs so they know the best way to fit their existing furniture into their new home. This is just another way that we are able to add more value to our clients as they create a home that they love.
