Larger estates can command top dollar, over three-plus million. Even though there is a range of pricing, in my experience the vast majority of homes that sell along the Main Line are between $400,000-$1,200,000.
Some towns offer more affordable options, while other towns offer a feeling of private estates. Towns can have a walkable downtown vibe while other towns have more of a country feel.
